Frequently Asked Questions about Weddings and Honeymoons Abroad

What should we expect to receive in a wedding package?


Individual weddings are organised in addition to a holiday package. We will be pleased to advise you of the wedding package price applicable to your chosen hotel. Elements included in the wedding package vary at each property/ location.

What legal documents will we need to bring?


These vary from where you choose to hold your wedding. We will be pleased to detail each countries individual requirement.

Who will look after our arrangements once we arrive at the hotel?

You will be left in the capable hands of a wedding co-ordinator, who will be appointed by your tour operator.

When will our wedding take place?

Usually on a weekday, with the agreement with both the Registrar and the hotel.
Where will our wedding take place?

Either at the local Townhall, the local church, or within the hotel grounds. A wedding co-ordinator will advise you on favourite locations.

Can we arrange a photographer and a video for our wedding?

In most cases this can be arranged locally by your wedding co-ordinator.

We’d like to invite friends and family, is this possible?

No problem. Many couples like their friends and family to attend they’re wedding overseas and take part in their special day. This can be arranged by our consultant and your guests can even stay at a different hotel to you, allowing for more privacy.
